How your order reaches you

• Items marked UK stock are already at our UK address and ship in 1–2 working days.
• Everything else is ordered for you after checkout, most of it direct from Japan, and arrives in 7–14 working days.
• A mixed basket travels as one parcel. If your order has both, we hold the UK-stock items and send everything together once the Japan order lands, so 7–14 working days applies to the whole order.

Delivery cost

Free UK delivery on orders over £50; £4.99 under. No customs, import or courier fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Returns

14 days to change your mind, counted from the day your order arrives. The full terms are in our refund policy.
