Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Britannic Trade. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method: Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 4-12 business days after processing and shipment.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Britannic Trade ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Britannic Trade is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, with the exception of shipments within the United Kingdom. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the UK, all fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you are placing an order for international delivery, we advise you to contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Britannic Trade is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us for assistance after checking the tracking status.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Britannic Trade is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@britannictrade.co.uk. We will do our best to update it before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee the change. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
