Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then sent by standard UK delivery with an estimated 4–12 business days in transit. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Yes — UK delivery is free on orders over £70. For orders under £70, standard delivery is a flat £4.99. The exact charge is shown in your cart and at checkout.

Yes. Once your order ships we email you a tracking number and link — please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to become active.

We currently ship to UK addresses only (excluding P.O. boxes and BFPO addresses). If you're outside the UK and interested in an item, email info@britannictrade.co.uk.

Yes. We sell genuine Japanese domestic-market (JDM) products from brands such as Daiwa, Shimano, Varivas, Okuma, Yamashita, Daiichiseiko and Major Craft.

JDM stands for Japanese domestic market — gear made for anglers in Japan. It is prized for its build quality and its suitability for finesse techniques like LRF, eging and light lure fishing.

Often, yes. We have access to a wide Japanese catalogue. Email info@britannictrade.co.uk with the brand and model and we will do our best to source it.

Returns & Refunds

You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. See our refund policy for full details.

Email info@britannictrade.co.uk with your order number and the item you would like to return, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Once your returned item reaches us and has been checked, we process your refund to the original payment method, usually within a few working days.
