Daiwa is the fishing tackle brand of Globeride, a Japanese company that started in Tokyo in 1958 as Daiwa Seiko. It makes reels, rods, line, lures and terminal tackle.
About DAIWA
We list Japanese-market (JDM) Daiwa models. Spinning reels include Certate, Airity and Luvias, with Steez and Tatula baitcasters and Saltiga for heavy sea work. For UK sea fishing there are Emeraldas egi and rods for eging, Gekka Bijin lures and rods for LRF, Morethan and Shoreline Shiner lures for sea bass, and Samurai Jig metal jigs for shore jigging.
