This policy covers orders delivered to UK addresses. Britannic Trade uses two fulfilment routes, and the applicable route is shown on each product page.
Delivery times
Products held in UK stock
When a product page says “In UK stock — ships in 1–2 business days”, the item is physically held by Britannic Trade in the UK. We dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
Products sourced to order from Japan
Unless a product page carries the UK-stock message above, the item is sourced to order from Japan. The estimated total delivery time to a UK address is 7–14 business days from the date of order. This estimate covers sourcing from Japan and final delivery to you.
Seasonal supply schedules: orders placed between 6 and 18 August 2026 may take up to 2 weeks longer than our usual 7–14 business days. Items marked “In UK stock” are unaffected and still ship in 1–2 business days.
Britannic Trade handles the international sourcing. UK customers will not be asked to pay customs, import or courier fees on delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you.
UK delivery charges
UK delivery is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50, delivery costs £4.99. The applicable charge is shown in your cart and at checkout.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery addresses
We currently deliver to UK addresses, excluding P.O. boxes and BFPO addresses. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@britannictrade.co.uk.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at info@britannictrade.co.uk with your order number. Please keep any packaging and photographs that may help us investigate with the carrier.
Returns
Your cancellation period begins on delivery, not on the order date. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us that you wish to return an eligible item. See our Refund policy for full details.
